LiuGong’s return visit to Hillhead will be marked with the launch of seven brand new machines: the 975F and 856T, along with four new BEVs. These include two electric wheel loaders and two electric excavators, showcasing the company's pioneering role in BEV technology.

Building on the success of their last Hillhead appearance, LiuGong is excited to present another game-changing experience. Visitors to stand D4 at Hillhead will have the opportunity to evaluate LiuGong’s impressive line-up of 10 static and demo machines designed to match the demands of the quarrying, construction, and recycling sectors.

A tough new squad.

At this year's Hillhead event, LiuGong is introducing a range of new machines. Captaining the team is the eagerly anticipated debut of the 975F excavator, a cutting-edge addition to the F-Series line-up. Rounding off the showcase is a sneak peek at the innovative T-Series wheel loader, the 856T, featuring an all-new concept cab.

The New 975F

The New 975F makes its debut at Hillhead and becomes the latest star to join LiuGong's formidable F-Series excavator team. Designed around the operator, this tough, powerful and intelligent excavator has a 510 HP Cumming engine at its heart and delivers a bucket starting force of 397 kN. Equipped with a double Kawasaki pump, it achieves a combined flow rate of 2 x 504 L/min. Standard features include a 5.0 m3 HD performance bucket and a 650 mm wide triple grouser chain, underlining its position as a powerhouse in the market.

Brand New Concept Cab

LiuGong has really changed the game with the F-Series excavators, and now, with the T-Series Wheel loaders, they plan to change it again. LiuGong wheel loaders have earned their global reputation for toughness and reliability. At Hillhead, LiuGong will be launching the New 856T, featuring an all-new cab concept designed for maximum operator comfort, safety, visibility, and performance.

LiuGong’s Green Team

China leads the world in BEVs and LiuGong is a leader in China. Visitors to Intermat  Paris saw clear evidence of this leadership, now visitors to Hillhead can see it too. Taking the field will be 4 BEV machines designed for the European market, 2 excavators, the 9027FE and 922FE, and 2 wheeled loaders, the 870HE and the 820TE. With their distinctive green livery, these machines share LiuGong’s Red Dot Award-winning design DNA and put the operator right at the heart of the machine.

Furthermore, as a leader in China's booming BEV technology sector, LiuGong is at the forefront of driving a revolutionary wave in BEV R&D. With plans to launch over 40 BEV models by 2027, including new electric excavators, wheel loaders, telehandlers and access equipment.

The New 9027FE

Also taking the field is the New 9027FE. This compact model takes LiuGong’s popular short tail swing 9027F and changes the power pack to a 20kW LFP battery pack. The smallest of LiuGong’s new machines at Hillhead it has the power and performance you would expect enabling 3-4 hours of constant work and a rapid charging time of 90 minutes when using a fast charger. Based on a 48V system, it is easy and safe to service and maintain without needing special high-voltage training.

The New 922FE

The 922FE medium-class excavator. Powered by a 430kW battery, this machine can work a full 8 -10-hour shift. This is a high-performance machine with a motor delivering 140kW of power, around 24kW higher than a comparable diesel model and similar to a 26T class machine.

The New 870HE.

Equipped with a larger capacity loading shovel and supplied with a 4.7m3 bucket as standard, this high-performance wheeled loader is perfect for quarry and aggregate applications.

The New 820TE

LiuGong’s first compact wheeled loader product, this machine has a large spacious cabin, is capable of 40kph travel speeds and is powered by a 70kWh battery. The 820TE delivers 6 hours between charges and can recharge within 80 mins. At a maximum height of 2.5m, and available with a 4^th line auxiliary spool, this machine is excellent for agricultural and industrial applications.

Meet the Rest of the Team

A number of the F-Series stars from the previous Hillhead show will be returning this year. LiuGong’s flagship 995F HR will once again be featured, showcasing its formidable 95-ton handling capability. Also at Hillhead this year is the 942F, with its wider and tougher undercarriage, larger boom cylinders, and heavier counterweight, offering impressive lifting capability and mass excavation ability. Additionally, weighing in at 32,500 kg, visitors can take a closer look at the 890H, LiuGong’s largest wheel loader available to European customers.

Adding to this formidable line-up is Dressta’s award-winning TD-16N crawler dozer, the benchmark for visibility and the recipient of the prestigious Red Dot Award. This revolutionary dozer gives operators uninterrupted views of the jobsite, blade, ripper, and tracks, along with its innovative 3-step cab access. The TD-16N sets a new benchmark for safety, visibility and performance.

LiuGong and Dressta, two leading names in the construction equipment industry, left an indelible mark on this year's eRobocze Show. With an impressive lineup of machines and a captivating chill-out zone, the brands showcased their commitment to innovation, performance, and customer satisfaction.

At the heart of the action were the four dynamic machines on display in the demo area. The mini excavators 9018F and 9027F, along with the powerful excavator 922F and the versatile wheel loader 877H, stole the show with their outstanding capabilities. In addition to the demo area, the LiuGong Dressta chill-out zone provided a haven for relaxation and interaction. This carefully crafted zone prepared using a whopping 200 tonnes of sand, transported visitors to a beach-like atmosphere in the middle of Lubien Kujawsko-Pomorskie. Attendees enjoyed the unique experience of lounging on sandy shores and soaking up the event's vibrant ambiance.

The chill-out zone catered to the needs of all attendees. Families were delighted to find a dedicated kids' corner where children could play and engage in fun activities under the watchful eye of our friendly staff. Parents could relax, knowing their little ones were having a blast in a safe and entertaining environment.

To further enhance the experience, complimentary drinks were provided, ensuring everyone stayed refreshed throughout the event. Attendees could enjoy a variety of beverages, quenching their thirst while exploring the impressive lineup of LiuGong and Dressta machines including the agile excavators 9018F, 9027F, and 913FCR, as well as the robust wheel loader 835H. To top it all off, the impressive Dressta TD-16N dozer stood tall, showcasing the new standard of visibility.

Adding to the ambiance, a talented DJ spun lively tunes, creating an energetic atmosphere reverberating through the chill-out zone. The music provided the perfect backdrop for conversations, networking, and a vibrant celebration of the construction equipment industry.

The 1-2 category represents one-third of the total excavator market in Italy. The 9018F matches the needs of this important segment with a high-specification machine with full auxiliary lines, automatic idle functionality and a long dozer blade for added stability.

848H

Perfect for mining, quarrying and heavy applications the 848H well suited to the Italian market. With the ultimate power shift transmission and smart fuel saving technology the 848H has been designed to deliver the highest load and carry performance matched with the highest economy and efficiency.
